The terms “Final Party” and “Accommodation Provider” refer to the hotel (not limited to entities identified solely as ‘hotels’, but also encompassing ‘motels’, ‘inns’, ‘apartments’, ‘suites’, and ‘estates’) that is listed on Smartbookingss.com regardless of whether a signed agreement between us and them exists or not.

Services (both direct and indirect) encompass everything offered online, via mobile devices and computers across all platforms, by email, telephone, mail, or through direct interaction with our representatives. Your use of any of our services ensures that you will not engage in illegal activities with this website or any content and materials we provide through other methods with which we communicate with you or third parties on your behalf.
Price Guarantee and Currency Exchange Rates
We provide three methods for making payments. There is an option to Pay in Cash upon Your Arrival at the hotel, in which case, smartbookingss.com cannot guarantee that your reservation will be secured for you until you show up, nor can we assure you that we will notify you regarding cancellations before your arrival, and we bear no responsibility for any disappointments that may arise from choosing this payment method or a hotel that exclusively accepts it. With certain hotels, you might only be able to settle your reservation using this method.
We offer a different option to deposit funds into our locally managed Bank Account; you can transfer money in three distinct ways: if you are not located in the United Kingdom, an international bank transfer can be executed, if you are located anywhere within the UK, a local online bank transfer can be conducted or you may deposit funds directly into our bank account at any authorized branch of the bank we collaborate with.
The third payment method available is through the use of ATM Cards. You can make a payment using your debit card via a third–party link we provide on the website. Smartbookingss.com also handles other forms of card payments, including credit card transactions. Any amount billed to you will be in Nigerian Naira. Tax rates and foreign exchange rates may fluctuate during the interval between booking and your stay
Refund policy
Refund of money already paid to your selected hotel depends on their cancellation/no-show fee. Payment not given to the hotel when cancelling results in a full refund.
Further Correspondence
Immediately after you complete a reservation via the website, we will send a confirmation acknowledging receipt of this request and follow up with emails and SMSs to keep you informed about the progress of the booking. You will likely confirm your booking via phone and inform us of your payment method, if you have not done so already (Please be aware that some accommodation providers either do not hold their spaces or cannot guarantee the availability of your chosen room/suite/apartment without prepayment).
We will stay in contact with you from the moment you make your reservation until one week after you check out to ensure you had a satisfactory experience. Your feedback regarding the hotels you stay at is also welcome.

The ratings and reviews of hotels are provided by the public. Smartbookingss.com does not have control over the rating trends, and we cannot ensure that the reviews are accurate or truthful, as most depend solely on the preferences and dislikes of the individual.

All final parties that provide Pay on Arrival options are responsible for any losses they may incur and must take their own measures to ensure they collect payments from customers.
